About Me & Why I Chose Idaho as My Home

Idaho holds a special place in my heart, which is why I proudly chose it as my home. Its stunning landscapes—majestic mountains, winding rivers, and vast open spaces—captivate me daily. But what truly sets Idaho apart is its strong sense of community. Here, neighbors quickly become friends, family life is deeply valued, and there’s no shortage of activities or local festivals to bring people together.

Safety and quality of life are priorities in Idaho. From well-maintained parks to safe neighborhoods, this is a place where families can relax and thrive. For those raising children, the variety of educational options is incredible, with choices ranging from public and STEM schools to homeschooling, charter schools, and private Christian academies. There’s truly something for everyone.

Living here also means embracing a healthier lifestyle, whether it’s enjoying outdoor adventures, exploring nature, or connecting with wonderful people. Idaho isn’t just where I live—it’s where I thrive, and I want the same for you.

A Little About Me

With over 20 years of experience as a Realtor, I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find not just a house, but a place they’re proud to call home. Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s my lifestyle. From uncovering hidden potential in a property to finding the perfect location for my clients, I find joy in every detail.

Raised in a family steeped in real estate, I inherited a deep understanding of the industry. My mother, Kim Williamson, began building our family’s real estate legacy in the early 1980s, while my father, a general contractor, taught me the ins and outs of construction from a young age. After earning my degree from Cal State University Long Beach in 2005, I officially joined the family business and never looked back.

After two decades of success in California, I longed for a better quality of life for my family. That’s when I discovered the Treasure Valley in Idaho—a place that offers everything I dreamed of and more. Today, I specialize in helping others make the same move, guiding them through the relocation process with care and expertise.

My counseling degree and MA in Psychology enable me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, helping them navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Together, we’ll create a plan to achieve your goals, whether you’re buying, selling, or renting.

Relocating to Idaho was the best decision for my family, and I’d love to help you discover why it might be the best one for yours, too. Let’s make your next chapter unforgettable!
